Blueberry Cobbler
Ingredients
Cooking Spray
4 cups/1 litre blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
1/2 tsp Watkins Lemon Extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp Watkins Baking Powder
Dash salt
1 tbsp Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 tsp Watkins Original Double-Strength Vanilla
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp (more if desired)Watkins Purest Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Spray a 1-1/2 quart/litre baking dish with Watkins Cooking Spray. Add blueberries and lemon extract; toss lightly. Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix well, then make a well in center. In measuring cup, combine oil, vanilla and egg whites; mix well. Pour into flour mixture and stir just until moistened. Drop 8 dumplings of dough onto blueberries. Sprinkle with a mixture of remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake 35 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
Makes 8 servings.

Simple Sweet & Sour Meatball Simmer
12 oz pkg frozen meatballs
1 pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables(slices green,red and yellow peppers and white onions)
¼ cup apricot jam
¼ cup Catalina Dressing
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
Watkins ginger
Watkins garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in large skillet.
Cook on medium-high heat 10 minutes, or until meatballs and vegetables are heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot over cooked rice, or pasta,if desired.
Makes 4 servings,1 cup each

Crockpot Spaghetti & Meatballs
INGREDIENTS:
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper, finely chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 large (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 large (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 small (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 cup of dry red wine
1 tablespoon of Watkins oregano
salt to taste
1 tablespoon sugar

Meatballs:
1 pound lean ground beef
3/4 tblsp Watkins Garlic powder
1 tsp dried Watkins Basil
1/2 cup of Romano cheese
1 tblsp Watkins parsley
1 egg
PREPARATION:
Lightly brown garlic and green pepper in 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy frying pan on the stove. Transfer to crockpot. Add tomatoes, puree, red wine, oregano, basil, salt and sugar.
Mix meatball ingredients thoroughly and form into meatballs. You can either bake these or sauté them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until brown. Add to sauce and scrape drippings into the sauce also. Stir well and cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours and serve over pasta with Italian bread and more grated Romano.

Honey Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
PREHEAT oven to 425ºF. Brush meat with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing. Mix dry ingredients; rub onto meat. Place in baking pan. Mix remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing and honey; set aside.BAKE 15 min.; brush with dressing mixture. Bake an additional 10 min. or until cooked through (160ºF).REMOVE meat from oven; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min. before slicing.
This recipe is from the Kraft Food & Family Magazine, only I have substituted the seasonings with Watkins seasonings..Yummy!

Glazed Ham for Easter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with Watkins Cooking Spray. Evenly arrange ham in prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, combine apple juice, spreadable fruit, mustard, and parsley flakes. Evenly spread glaze mixture over ham. Bake for 30 minutes, basting occasionally. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Cut into 12 (1/3 inch) slices.

Bacon Horseradish Bundles
1 cup sour cream
8 slices bread (white or pumpernickel)
Cooking Directions
Mix sour cream and Snack & Dip Seasoning and refrigerate at least one hour to enhance flavor. Trim crust off of bread, keeping the bread a square shape. Combine ham with dip mixture and spread on bread. Bring together two opposite corners of the bread and wrap bacon around middle, securing the bundle with a toothpick. Bake at 425°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until bread is toasted and bacon begins to crisp.

Watkins Chocolate Oatmeal Drop Cookies
* take about 10 minutes to make
* are delicious
* don't require baking (just microwave)
Chunky peanut butter makes these cookies taste best.
We've also found that the oatmeal that takes 5 minutes to cook (per instructions on box) is far superior to the type that takes less time.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup Watkins Vanilla Dessert Mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup Watkins Baking Cocoa
3 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 teaspoon Watkins Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Watkins Coconut Flavor
Directions:
Combine sugar, Vanilla Dessert Mix, milk, and butter in 2-quart glass mixing bowl. Microwave (high), uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture thickens and boils, stirring twice. Add remaining ingredients; mix until combined. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand uncovered about 2 hours or until set. Store loosely covered. Makes 5 dozen cookies.

Cinnamon Sticky Buns
Ingredients
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted, divided
Cooking Directions
Combine 2 tbsp melted butter, brown sugar, nuts, and water and place in bottom of a 10-inch bundt pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Dip each biscuit lightly into remaining melted butter, then into sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place each biscuit on end in bundt pan. Pinch tips or sides of biscuits slightly together (this helps prevent ring from falling apart when served.). Bake at 400ºF for 20 to 25 minutes. After baking; turn out on plate. Serve immediately.Makes 10 servings.

Cookies and Cream Cake
3 Eggs
1 teas. Watkins Double-Strength Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 teas. Salt
1 Tbsp. and 1/2 teas Watkins Baking Powder
2 Cups Flour
Spray a 9 X 13 inch pan with Watkins Cooking Spray. As listed, beat all ingredients together on medium speed, beating 1 minute after each addition. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool cake. Prepare frosting by combining 1 cup broken cookie pieces and 2 cups frozen whipped topping that has been thawed. Spread the frosting onto cake. Line the edges of the cake's top with whole cookies.

Corn Chowder
Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 green onions, sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup peeled, diced potatoes
2 tsp Chicken Soup & Gravy
1/2 tsp Soup & Vegetable Seasoning
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
12 oz 1/2 cup Cream Soup & Gravy
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 can (8 oz) cream-style corn
Cooking Directions
In large saucepan, sauté celery and onions in butter until tender. Add 1-1/2 cups/375 mL water, potatoes, Chicken Soup Base and seasonings. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. Combine Cream Soup Base and flour; stir in milk and remaining water. Add slowly to vegetables, stirring well. Add corn and bring nearly to boiling, stirring frequently; do not boil. Garnish with additional green onion slices, if desired. Makes 6 servings.

Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
3/4 Cup Butter
6 Eggs
1/3 Cup Milk
1 teas. Watkins Double-Strength Vanilla Extract
1 teas. Watkins Lemon Extract
Watkins Lemon Peel
1 Package Lemon Poppy Seed Cake Mix
Glaze:
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter an 8- to 9-cup Bundt pan. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add the milk, extracts, and lemon zest. The mixture will look curdled. Add the Cake Mix, and continue to beat on medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes until mixture is smooth. Pour the batter into greased pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Glaze: Combine sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan over medium heat, and bring to boil for 3 minutes. When cake is removed from oven, poke cake all over with a wooden skewer and brush glaze over cake. Let the cake stand for 1 hour and remove from pan to cool on a wire rack. Wrap the cake in plastic wrap.

Hazelnut Toffee Pie
Ingredients 1 Vanilla Pie Filling recipe made with Vanilla Dessert Mix per package directions; cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally
1 container (8 oz/227 g) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 tbsp/7.5 mL Hazelnut Extract—Trial Mark, 2 oz.
4 bars (1.4 oz/40 g) chocolate-covered English toffee, coarsely chopped
1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust
1/3 cup/80 mL caramel ice cream topping
Cooking Directions Fold whipped topping, extract and candy into cooled pie filling; set aside. Spread ice cream topping on bottom of crust; top with pie filling mixture. Freeze four hours or until set. Store leftovers in freezer. Let pie stand at room temperature for 15 minutes or until pie can be easily cut. Garnish, if desired, with whipped topping and chopped English toffee candy.
Makes 8 servings.

Bacon & Onion Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
24 whole snow cap mushrooms
Original Grapeseed Oil
2 tbsp Bacon & Onion Snack & Dip Seasoning
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp chopped chives
Directions
Remove stems from mushrooms; brush caps with oil. Stir seasoning into cream cheese; fill opening where mushroom stem was removed with mixture. Bake on cookie sheet at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with chives.
